Wool and silk blend skirt from Prada’s Fall/Winter 2004 collection, printed with the season’s signature ruins landscape motif. The design draws from 19th-century German Romantic painter Caspar David Friedrich, whose landscapes appeared across jackets, dresses and skirts that season. This variation features a split construction, with the lower section in a different tone and the print cut and repeated to create a distinct two-part design.
